Answer 1:
In Image Mode, find Remove Background button on the Picture Edit Bar from the right side of the software interface, Click on Remove Background button then print.

Answer 2:
In Video Mode, find Gamma button on the Video Tool Bar from the right side of the software interface and improve the Gamma value to improve the printing performace.
